Build the service page around buying questions

Answer engine optimization is a useful editorial label when it encourages clear answers. It is not a guarantee that an agency page will appear in an AI answer or receive a rich result. Start with the service and the buyer's decision.

Define the question each page owns

A service hub should help buyers choose a capability. A specialist page should explain a narrower deliverable. A developer-hiring page should explain embedded capacity and working arrangements. These can share terminology while serving different decisions.

For a RAG development page, the central question might be: “What would it take to answer questions from our approved documents?” The answer needs more than a model name. Explain data access, ingestion, retrieval, evaluation, integration and human escalation.

Give the answer early, then add the conditions

Use an opening paragraph that names the buyer, problem and delivered work. Follow it with scope, client responsibilities, dependencies, exclusions and a review process. State how pricing and timing are agreed without inventing a package.

Keep limitations specific. Grounding can reduce some errors, but it does not guarantee that every generated answer is correct. A regulated-data request requires a defined security and contractual review.

Use proof at the point of doubt

Connect a relevant project to the claim it supports. Explain the actual contribution and measurement conditions where results are quantified. A genuine testimonial can support a client's experience; it does not replace technical evidence for a separate compliance or accuracy claim.

Keep FAQs useful and consistent

Use questions that remain unanswered after the main explanation. Answers should agree with plans, terms and visible scope. If maintenance includes 2, 8 or 20 hours, the FAQ must not describe a different allowance.

Any FAQ structured data should match the real questions and answers. An agency should not promise FAQ rich-result eligibility.

End with a proportionate next step

Ask for the information needed to judge fit and scope. “Discuss your project” is clearer than a technical command that implies an instant quote. Measure saved enquiries separately from button clicks and avoid sending private form content to analytics.

Sources and scope

Platform behavior can change. Check the documentation for the version and account you use. Recommendations in this guide do not guarantee a ranking, performance gain, compliance outcome or project result.
