Make the company and its work easy to identify

Entity clarity starts with consistent facts. A visitor should be able to tell which company owns the website, what it offers, how to contact it and which public profiles belong to it. Structured data can describe those facts; it cannot supply missing business evidence.

Keep one source of truth for the basics

Maintain the approved business name, website, contact address and genuine profile links in one controlled record. Use those values consistently in navigation, About, Contact and Organization markup. A trading name and legal entity can differ, but explain the relationship where relevant instead of silently mixing them.

Only add a physical address that the business can verify and is willing to publish. Use a service area to describe where you work with clients. Do not turn a list of customer countries into a list of offices.

Connect services to evidence

A brand description such as “digital solutions” tells a buyer little. Explain the actual services and connect them to relevant work. A case study should identify the problem, Cuibit's contribution and the reported outcome. Keep the client attribution and any measurement within the permissions and evidence available.

Author profiles should identify who is responsible for the material. An organizational team profile is appropriate when that is the real editorial arrangement. Do not invent a named expert, biography or certification to fill a template.

Use markup as a consistent description

Organization, WebSite, Service, Article and breadcrumbs have different jobs. Keep names and URLs consistent across their references. Use genuine public profiles for sameAs; do not add every directory URL or imply a relationship that does not exist.

Validate both the JSON and the facts it describes. Syntactically valid markup can still contain an inaccurate address or unsupported rating.

Review changes as the business changes

Assign responsibility for updating contact details, service descriptions, profiles and authorship. Check the visible page and structured data together after a change. This improves consistency and user understanding without promising that a search engine will build a particular entity panel or cite the company.

Sources and scope

Platform behavior can change. Check the documentation for the version and account you use. Recommendations in this guide do not guarantee a ranking, performance gain, compliance outcome or project result.
